Be is joining us this fall for the ultimate body-as-laboratory workshop, an inquiry into the way the body physically holds and processes our contexts, traumas and memories. Psychosomatics is the science of mind-body interaction (sounds familiar, don't it?), the intricacies of the body as a shield and storehouse for our personal histories. Starting with the basest, most animalistic of physical triggers, the fight or flight response, we'll strip away the surface and see what we can start to unlock, seeing the body as both a tool and archaeological playground for discovery.
This workshop is included in the 200HRTT program, so if you're a TT participant, you're already signed up! We are opening a limited number of spaces to the public to join us for this session.
