This workshop will discuss the most common injuries that occur carrying and delivering your bundle of joy. This workshop teach you some crucial pelvic floor and abdominal exercises to help put your stomach back together, and will discuss yoga postures that are awesome and those that are not so awesome for the postpartum body. We'll give you a roadmap of modifications so that you are able to take any yoga class, not just post-natal. And it's never just about the workout - this is an opportunity for community for new moms and holding space for the emotions that occur from your own birth into the role of mother.
