This workshop is a threefer. Expect to explore the below as it relates to your yoga practice and come out a thoughtful badass on the other side.
DEFINE: yoga poses are dynamic, complex, holistic and can serve many purposes. We can use the same poses for myriad, perhaps even opposing functions. You will learn to set clearer intentions for your yoga practice.
ALIGN: Human variation is a fact of nature. Bodies comprise the same parts but proportions and ratios vary. You are unique even to this moment depending on your mood, and where you are. This means that while the definition of a pose can be the same for everyone, its execution will be unique to you. You will learn to seek out and celebrate your individual expression of alignment.
REFINE: Yoga = Practice. Postures, breathwork, and consciousness observation all serve to elevate each other and act as a lens to our experience of the world and ourselves. Yoga can be a tool of radical paradigm-shifting that empowers you to learn to be an agent of compassionate change and understanding.
