While our Vinyasa classes carry the spirit of a sequence that links movement to breath, we encourage our teachers to guide practices that are true to themselves and tailored to the needs of our students. 

Yin classes honor spacious, low-to-the-ground postures and holds, supported by the wisdom of the energetic meridians and traditional Chinese element theory.
